About Mivo
Manufacturer of copper casting equipment: upward continuous casting lines for copper busbar, and semi-continuous casting lines for copper billet. Office in Shenzhen, Guangdong; factory in Shenyang, Liaoning.
Who We Are
Mivo is a manufacturer of industrial copper casting equipment, with a sales office in Shenzhen and a manufacturing facility in Shenyang, China. We produce two types of casting equipment: upward continuous casting lines for oxygen-free copper busbar (flat bar profiles), and semi-continuous casting lines for copper and copper alloy billets and slabs used in extrusion, forging, and rolling.
The Shenzhen office is responsible for international business communication, export coordination, and overseas buyer support. The manufacturing and technical work is based in Shenyang, one of the core cities of Northeast China's traditional industrial base.
We handle process design, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, and on-site commissioning as a single integrated service. Customers work directly with the engineering team responsible for building their equipment.
Our core product is the upward continuous casting line. Over 19 years, we have continuously developed this technology in-house, holding a national invention patent covering the crystallizer's S-type water channel geometry, dual-section structure, and casting method. Our patented crystallizer achieves 120 mm/min at 220x12 mm cross-section - double the 60 mm/min standard of conventional designs - while producing equiaxed grain structure with uniform grain size for higher yield and easier downstream processing.
Industrial Background
Mivo's technical team includes specialists with long-term copper processing and equipment experience connected to Shenyang's industrial manufacturing base. The team background includes technical personnel from the former copper-processing branch of Shenyang Smelter, a unit associated with oxygen-free copper rod industry-standard work and railway electric-locomotive conductor production, as well as personnel from Sujiatun Nonferrous Metal Processing Plant, one of China's early specialist copper and copper-alloy processing organizations.
This background gives the team both theoretical understanding and practical production experience in copper and copper-alloy processing. For projects with special product forms, workshop conditions, or production targets, Mivo can review the buyer's requirements and redesign the line configuration, equipment scope, and supporting process to match the required production result.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility in Shenyang specialises in the manufacture of copper casting machines, covering component fabrication, line assembly, and equipment testing. Factory acceptance review can be arranged before shipment so the equipment scope and process flow are checked before the line leaves the factory.
Because copper casting equipment is often project-configured rather than bought as a fixed catalogue machine, the manufacturing review normally starts from the buyer's product form, alloy, output target, site utilities, and downstream process. If the required production condition is outside a standard configuration, the equipment can be reviewed and manufactured around that requirement.
International Projects
We have supplied casting lines to customers in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, covering a range of production scales and end-product specifications. Commissioning support and operator training can be coordinated according to project scope.
Overseas Project Support
Mivo supports overseas copper casting projects for customers in Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including equipment selection, line configuration advice, factory acceptance testing, on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, and support for common spare parts.
Before project confirmation, we review key technical requirements such as local power conditions, plant layout, cooling water conditions, and target product specifications to help reduce installation and start-up risk.

How an Overseas Project Moves Forward
For overseas buyers, the machine itself is only one part of the project. The more important question is whether the delivery path is clear. Mivo's export projects typically begin with confirmation of technical inputs such as product dimensions, output target, material type, and plant conditions, then move through configuration review, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, shipment preparation, commissioning, and operator training.
This process-oriented explanation helps buyers understand that Mivo is not positioned as a single-machine seller only, but as a line supplier supporting the production target around copper busbar or billet output. For factories trying to reduce startup risk and shorten the time to stable production, that delivery logic is often more important than unit price alone.
