Copper Busbar Continuous Casting Line
Upward continuous casting line for oxygen-free copper busbars. Produces flat bar profiles with ≥99.95% Cu purity for power distribution, EV batteries, and switchgear.
Patented crystallizer: 120 mm/min at 220×12 mm — twice the output of standard equipment. Equiaxed grain structure means tighter tolerances, fewer defects, and higher finished-product yield. ≥99.95% Cu oxygen-free grade.

Why Mivo
Our invention-patented graphite crystallizer is the core of every casting line we build. By adjusting water inlet/outlet switching frequency and flow rate, we achieve twice the casting speed of conventional crystallizers — while the resulting copper profiles show equiaxed grain structure, uniform grain size, and higher yield rates than competing equipment.
The same patented cooling technology supports different copper alloy grades. For each alloy, we tune the water flow parameters to bring the copper strip to the correct temperature for downstream processing — busbar, rod, or billet alike.
120 mm/min at 220×12 mm vs. 60 mm/min industry standard — same energy input, twice the production volume. Patented water-channel geometry is the difference.
Equiaxed grain structure with uniform grain size means tighter tolerances, fewer surface defects, and a higher proportion of finished product from each cast. Less scrap, lower cost per tonne.
Adjustable water inlet/outlet switching frequency accommodates oxygen-free copper, tellurium copper, cadmium copper, and brass alloys without crystallizer replacement.
Our engineers travel to your facility for installation, parameter setup, and operator training. Remote diagnostics available post-handover.
