Product Overview
The Mivo copper rod casting line uses upward continuous casting technology to produce oxygen-free copper rod and small-section billet directly from molten copper. The same patented crystallizer technology used in our busbar lines is applied here, delivering equiaxed grain structure and consistent cross-section dimensions throughout the cast.
The line produces rod profile at ≥99.95% Cu purity, suitable as feed stock for downstream wire drawing and forming operations. Configuration — including cross-section, strand count, and furnace capacity — is determined at the project engineering stage based on your specific output requirements.
